    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Grout was visibly dirty around the entrance bathrooms and paint was chipping along the bottom portion of the partitioning wall. Clean grout in indicated area. Refinish paint so that it is smooth, and impervious to moisture.

      • Bottom of shower stall is disconnected. Ensure this is repaired.

      • The following maintenance concerns were noted in the men's changeroom:1) A section of the flooring at the front men's washroom (close to the washroom walls) was repaired with duct tape.2) The front men's washroom showers had some areas where the grouting appeared spotted (mouldy). It is uncertain if improper cleaning and disinfection is occurring.3) The light in the men's steam room appeared damaged/dimmed to such a degree that cleanliness/maintenance would be impaired.REQUIREMENT: Repair the items noted above.
