      • Written procedures were in place for skin cleansing, antiseptic use, and accidental skin cuts and punctures.However, procedures were not in place for decontamination of the sink that will be used for both hand hygiene and reprocessing equipment.

      • Lash shampoo and lash primer, were missing labels and ingredient lists.
    • 31. Are sinks accessible and used appropriately for the personal services provided?
      • Sink in the client service area was used for hand washing and equipment reprocessing. It was supplied with liquid soap and paper towels, and was used for reprocessing semi-critical equipment.
