    • 02. Is the bacteriological quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Critical)?
      • Sample recently submitted (May 19/26) for bacterial analyses tested positive for total coliform presence, pseudomonas aeruginosa & HPC > 57000.Phone consult with mgr (Annabelle Chiong) this date revealed the following:- has been recent chlorine injector failure- Automated Aquatics has recently been on site trouble shooting equipment, hot tub has been drained, cleaned, re-filled and re-balancedMgr was advised by this office hot tub is to remain closed until such time as re-sample reveals satisfactory result.June 19/26 Update:Recent sample submitted June 16/26 returned present for tot col, pseudomonas isolated, elevated HPC (150). Operator was advised this date to ensure Hot tub/Spa remains closed to public access. Operator (Nelson Labbao) advised remains closed and barricaded off with tape and closure signage. Will continue to work with automated aquatics to trouble shoot system, repair chlorine injector issues, and restore spa to acceptable chemical parameters and safe operation prior to opening for public access.

Operator (Gerry Varela) contacted to advise of result, Gerry was advised to voluntarily close the hot tub immediately, drain/clean/sanitize thoroughly, refill and re-sample. Hot tub to remain closed until such time as satisfactory re-sample result obtained.

      • Recent water sample result collected Jan 14/25 returned showing tot col presence, (HPC - 30, Pseudomonas NOT Present). Operator (Vladimir) advised that hot tub/spa had recently been put back into use from previous repair work, will ensure chemical parameters balanced, re-sample to be submitted asap.
