The HLD log sheet for recording test of the reused high-level disinfectant was completed every 14 days**Ensure that high level disinfectant that are being reused are tested daily to ensure disinfectant is of adequate concentration.**Discard solution before the 14 days period if the solution does not pass the daily test.**Record test of reused solution daily.
