      • July 31, 2024'Ongoing violation of poor drainage on the splash pad. Kindly correct this violation.Sept 6, 2023***There were a couple low points on the concrete where water accumulated and did not move towards the feature drain (previously discussed).May 24, 2022***There were several (4 noted) areas where water was observed to be accumulating and not draining on the walking surface of the splash pad (around the outlets of the two fountains in the north east side of the splash pad, on the drain flow area (dark coloured) and by the rock features at the west end of the drain flow (the drain was in the middle).The accumulation did not appear deep enough to be a drowning concern but may allow the build up of slime or bacteria. Discussed during the inspection.

    • 10. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this pool (Non-Critical)?
      • ***The one of the blue basin feature had a blocked drain holes and there was standing water present. Corrected during the inspection the debris was dislodged and water was allowed to drain.
