      • 1. Surfaces of the service desks appeared dusty.2. Tool baskets under the desks appeared dusty.Operator mentioned that staff were busy and unable to clean up after client.*Ensure service area and tools are clean up after use.

      • A strong odour of chemical was perceived on entry into the facility, thus may not be healthy for some clients. This was discussed with the operator on site. According to her the ventilation is switch on when providing services to clients.- Check that the ventilation system is in good working condition.- have the door open to increase fresh air intake into the facility when providing services requiring acrylic paint to reduce the odor and increase air quality in the area.
