- Previously, a wireless phone was provided to patrons when the hot tub was in use.Currently, there is no means by which patrons can contact the front desk or emergency services in the event of an emergency. Corrective action: Please reimplement the previous process where patrons were escorted by staff to access the whirlpool and given a wireless phone for emergency use or adopt another method for patrons to contact the front desk/emergency services.
