      • Water was observed on the ground underneath the filters. Advised a gasket needs to be replaced and this will be completed before opening for next season (on order). Advised they are having pump issues (having to prime the pump regularly however it should be able to hold its prime throughout the day). Working to get this piece sorted out. Last, the flow meter is very difficult to read because it is so high in the air on the pipe rather than at eye level. Not sure if there is an easy fix for this or not.Chemical door observed unlocked (key observed in the door and the other door from pool deck was unlocked). As discussed, recommend a panic bar on the gate from the pool deck to eliminate the need to remember to lock the gate at the end of the day.
