- - Combs with hair on them were observed in the Barbicide solution and not completely submerged. *Remove all hair and debris from combs before placing them in the disinfectant solution. Wash combs thoroughly with soap and water prior to disinfection. All combs must be fully submerged in the disinfectant solution.

- 1) The opening date was not marked on the Clippercide disinfectant.*Mark the opening date on the Clippercide container immediately and ensure all future products are dated when opened.**Clippercide expired after 12 months from opening date as per the manufacture's instruction.2) Hairs were observed in the drawers.*Clean and sanitize all drawers and implement a routine cleaning schedule to prevent the accumulation of hair and debris.**Hair accumulation indicates inadequate cleaning practices and can contaminate clean equipment and supplies stored in the drawers.3) Hairs were observed on hair rollers stored on the cart.*Clean and disinfect all hair rollers before use and store them in a clean manner to prevent contamination.
