      • Written procedures for handwashing and equipment reprocessing sink decontamination needs to be completed. Templates were left on-site.

      • Disinfectant is required for disinfection of non-critical tools/equipment. Recommend obtaining intermediate-level disinfectant wipes due to the design of equipment.

      • A puncture-resistant container with a tight-fitting lid and/or sharps container is needed. Take to a pharmacy location and/or Eco-Station once full.

      • The manufacturer’s instructions for use (MIFU) must be kept in an accessible place for reference by a personal service worker at all times. The MIFU is required for the following equipment:-LED light therapy unit-radio frequency wandAs per the MIFU for the laser hair removal unit, a warning sign needs to be posted at the point of entry to an area where the energy-emitting device is used. Post signage as needed.
