- 1. Lower tile grout in men's shower was missing/deteriorated. Clean and regrout area as discoloration was noted between tiles. Facility has cleaned the sections of tile and plan to regrout during shut down Aug 25 - Sept 7, 20252. Floor drain tile damaged has been patched. Permanant repairs to be completed during shutdown Aug 25 - Sept 7, 2025.

- 1. Lower tile grout in men's shower was missing/deteriorated. Clean and regrout area as discoloration was noted between tiles. 2. Tiles were either damaged or missing around floor drains in the men's shower area located in both the main floor and plus locker rooms. Repair around the drains to prevent injury and accumulation of water.

- A fill hose was left submerged in the surge tank of the main pool when not in use. Ensure any hoses that are not being used are not submerged in water in case of depressurization which can cause back siphonage of water. Hose was removed.

- Caulking around the lights in the men's steam room was in disrepair and peeling. Check and repair as necessary.
