- Observation: Mouse droppings noted under triple sink, on coffee bean storage shelves, in vacuum storage cupboard, and in recycling/chemical storage closet. Monitoring traps are in place and are empty. Some effort has been made to seal wall under triple sink (with gauge wire). Most food is in pest proof bins.
- Corrective Action(s): Keep all food in pest proof bins (ie coffee beans). Deep clean kitchen cupboards and closets and floor in all hard to reach areas. Continue to monitor for pests. Licensed pest control is required if activity is noted. Follow advice of licenced pest control expert. Provide update to Fraser Health.

Usually 200ppm quats is required for sanitizing food contact surfaces and wiping cloths without a potable water rinse. Provide test strips to verify concentration.
