(iii) The bottle is held near its mouth and not towards the bottom. (iv) The direction of the sweep facilitates contamination.Advised the operator to always collect samples directly from the basin.The aseptic sweep method for bacteriological water sampling is demonstrated, and the operator practiced same afterwards.
