    • 19(1)(c) - FAILING TO MAINTAIN FOOD ESTABLISHMENT TO ENSURE SURFACES & MATERIALS ARE DURABLE, NON-TOXIC, & EASY TO MAINTAIN, CLEAN & SANITIZE.
      • Lower cupboards on sinks & dishwasher side of kitchen require resurfacing to be smooth, durable and easily cleaned waterproof construction.
    • 34 - OPERATOR FAILING TOENSURE FOOD & FOOD INGREDIENTS ARE STORED IN A MANNER THAT PREVENTS CONTAMINATION & ADULTERATION.
      • One raw food item stored over Ready To Eat foods was relocated to bottom of fridge. Fridge / freezer now due for routine cleaning / sanitizing. Adjust frequency to maintain sanitary conditions.
