   • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
     • PREVIOUSLY - 1) A stand mixer stored on the back counter was observed to have food debris on it, specifically, where the mixer attachments are attached to the machine, there was an accumulation of a batter-type food material. ONGOING ISSUE2) On the meat slicer, the sharpening stone cover and attachment post were observed to have an accumulation of food debris. ONGOING ISSUEPlease ensure that equipment is thoroughly cleaned after each use and is maintained in clean and sanitary condition.3) The ventilation hood above the stove was observed to be unclean with a visible accumulation of grease and/or oil debris.Please ensure that the ventilation hood is maintained in clean and sanitary condition. THE CLEANING CREW FOR THE RANGE HOOD ARE EXPECTED TO ARRIVE NEXT WEEK.Nov 23, 2023 - the hood cleaning crew did their service work on April 19, 2023 - COMPLETED4) The grease catcher on the grill was observed to be filled with a significant accumulation of grease, oil, and/or food debris.
