     • Observation: Openings on the back storage door that may allow entrance of pest into the facility. Pests in food facilities can transmit a lot of diseases through feces, urine, and saliva, causing foodborne illnesses.
     • Corrective Action: Install a door sweep on exterior entrances, seal any cracks and openings around the premises to keep facility free of pest and prevent pests from entering the establishment.
