- The low temperature dishwasher was not dispensing sanitizer solution at the time of inspection.Correction:- Service the low temperature dishwasher in a manner rinse cycle sanitizer solution is sufficiently dispensed- Adopt an alternative two-sink cleaning method until the dishwasher is serviced

- Old mouse droppings and trails were observed in the corner and underneath the desk of the kitchen area storage room.Correction:- Clean and sanitize the mouse droppings and trails according to the hantavirus protection mouse dropping and nesting material cleaning procedure.

- The walk-in refrigeration unit was observed with mildew staining and peeling paint chips on the walls and shelving of the unit.Correction:- Clean and sanitize the surfaces of the walk-in refrigeration unit- Repair or replace the chipping ceiling and wall surfacing of the walk-in refrigeration unit in manner that makes it easily cleanable.
