      • *Potato cutter and its blade had food debris on it. Blade was removable so it can be washed and sanitized in 3-compartmenet sink method as daily or as used, and cutter itself was wall mounted clean in place method can be used. -Corrected during the inspection. Both parts were washed, cleaned and sanitized.Please make sure it is added in regular cleaning schedule.

      • Records for fast food hot holding unit was nor properly filled out when the new batch of food items put in the warmer and hotdog unit. Discussed the importance of keeping records are discussed with the store manager and staff onsite.

      • There were couple of the measuring cups were using for measuring the bulk supplies, such as flour did not have proper handles or handles were touching the food. Please make sure proper measuring scoops/ utensils with handles are used for measuring the food items, and measuring scoops are properly stored in the containers and make sure handles do not touch the food items.
