     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Received a complaint regarding rat infestation issue outside garbage disposal area. The lids were open at the time of inspection.
     • Corrective Action(s): Close the lids immediately after use. Regular cleaning of the garbage disposal area is required to prevent further pest issues. The garbage bins are shared between 7-eleven and Tim Hortons. Both facilities had agreed to close the lids of garbage bins after each use.
