- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw chicken legs noted to be thawed under cold running water directly in the sink. Staff stated that the chicken was taken out from the freezer 30 minutes before the inspection, then immeidately rectified the situation. Always put the chicken inside a clean container, not directly in the sink to prevent chicken from contamination.
