      • The ventilation hood was serviced March 2025, and was due for servicing March 2026. Please ensure regular maintenance is completed.

      • The sanitizer in the spray bottle had a concentration of approximately 0ppm chlorine at time of inspection. Operator prepared a fresh solution, which tested at 200ppm chlorine. Please remember to replace the solution every 1 - 2 days.

      • The handwash sink is not supplied with hand soap.Staff placed a hand-pump bottle of soap by the handwash sink at time of inspection.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Mouse droppings were observed in the cupboard below the handwash sink in the staff bathroom, as well as along the wall beside the walk-in cooler.Please ensure these areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Ask your licensed pest control operator to investigate how pests may be entering the facility.

      • Hot holding unit with pizza was measured to be 43 degree Celsius.Temperature was increased and corrected temperature measured was 60.1 degree Celsius.

      • *Hood ventilation had grease and dust build up. *Chest freezer in the kitchen had ice built up. Please ensure that this is cleaned up.*These are repeat violations, please have them corrected. Pizza grill had food debris built up. Please ensure this is cleaned.

      • Hot holding unit with pizza had a temperature of 42 degree Celsius. Operator corrected this by increasing the temperature to 60 degree Celsius. Please ensure that foods stored in hot holding units are kept at temperatures 60 degree Celsius or higher.

      • *Hood ventilation had grease and dust build up. *Chest freezer in the kitchen had ice built up. Please ensure that this is cleaned up.*These are repeat violations, please have them corrected. Pizza grill had food debris built up. Please ensure this is cleaned.

      • Hood vent was last serviced in May 2023. Hood vent sticker indicates it should be serviced every 180 days. Hood ventilation servicing has been booked for next week.

      • There are several pieces of clean equipment in the facility that are stored on the floor. Staff was informed to store the equipment 6 inches off the floor.

      • Permit posted is expired. Please ensure a copy of the current permit is posted where it is visible to the public.
