      • Adequate and convenient hand washing facilities shall be provided for all employees. PROPERLY CONNECT EXPOSED SINK IN KITCHEN. PROVIDE SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS AT ALL HAND SINKS IN KITCHEN AND WASHROOM AREAS.

      • The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REPLACE MISSING BASEBOARDS IN ALL AREAS. WALLS NEED CLEANING AND PAINTING IN UTILITY ROOM. SEAL ALL OPENINGS ALONG BASEBOARDS, AROUND PIPE FITTINGS UNDER SINKS IN WASHROOM, OUTLET AND LIGHT SWITCH COVERS IN KITCHEN, ETC. SEAL ALL RAW WOOD SURFACES (DOOR FRAME IN KITCHEN, BASEBOARDS, ETC).

      • The flow of air discharged from kitchen fans shall always be through a duct to a point above the roofline. PROVIDE VENTILATION (HOODED AND DUCTED TO ROOF) OVER STOVE IN KITCHEN. REPLACE MISSING TANK COVER ON TOILET IN CHILDREN WASHROOM AND REPAIR TOILETS.
