Only purchase the food coloring from approved source.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach solution in spray bottle was above 200ppm Chlorine causing test strip to bleach out. A new solution was made and achieved 100ppm Chlorine
- Corrective Action(s): Aquire Chlorine Test Strips to be able to test the solution every time it is prepared. This will avoid any possible contamination with bleach.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand wash station at the front counter area did not have any paper towel at the time of inspection. Operator explained that the towel was what was being used. Education provided to only use single-use paper towels to avoid contamination. They immediately restocked the sink with paper towels.
