- After multiple runs the high temperature dishwasher was only able to achieve a temperature of 63 degrees Celsius at the plate level.Operator will manually sanitize all dishes, utensils and equipment in 100 ppm Chlorine until dishwasher is repaired and reaching a minimum temperature of 71 degrees Celsius at the plate level.
