- Observation: No running hot water for handwashing in the ladies’ washroom at the time of inspection. (Public Health Significance) Hand washing in a public washroom is an important practice to ensure food are protected from cross contamination from other biological contaminants and previously handled contact surfaces.
- Corrective Action: Have a plumber repair the water pressure and the hot water situation and ensure that the public washrooms are fully equipped with soap and paper towel in dispensers and hot and cold running water available to facilitate proper hand washing whenever there seating capacity available.

- Observation: Inadequate facilities provided for hand washing in the employee washroom, paper towel missing at the time of inspection. (Public Health Significance) Hand washing is an important practice to ensure food are protected from cross contamination from other previously handled foods or contact surfaces.
- Corrective Action: Ensure washrooms and hand wash station are accessible at all times with soap and paper towel in dispensers and hot and cold running water must be provided to facilitate proper hand washing.
