    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • There is paint chipping off of the walls in the back corner and side of room 2. Please ensure all surfaces are smooth, easy to clean, and in good repair.
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • The first aid kits are missing a few items such as the CPR/resuscitation mask/barrier, antibiotic ointment, and emergency blanket.Please ensure the first aid kits are up to date. Please refer to page 41 of the Health and Safety Guide for Operators for a full list of supplies.

      • The coat lockers/cubbies in both rooms are not anchored/mounted to the wall. Please ensure they are anchored/mounted securely to the wall to prevent any tipping hazards.
