     • Disinfectant was only at 50 ppm in containers. Operator adjusted the concentration. Please ensure the concentration is verified on test strips daily.The diapering area was stocked and bed has a secure belt. Hand wash sink is supplied. Gloves present and diapering procedures posted.
   • 11. Are parent provided foods being properly handled and stored to ensure the safety of clients in this social care facility?
     • Bottles of formula in the fridge were not labeled. Children's names were marked next to bottle description as a temporary measure. Please ensure bottles are being labeled for each child.
