    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • There was a digital thermometer present in the fridge but was inaccurately reading 2 degrees colder than the ambient temperature. There is also an infrared thermometer that was reading inaccurately. A probe thermometer was available to place in the fridge until a new thermometer can be obtained.

      • Formula bottles were not labeled for each individual client, Operator was instructed to label bottles moving forward.All food was from an approved source, purchased from superstore.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • A plastic cutting board was observed with significant heat damage, including a melted side. The operator was instructed to remove it from the facility and to use only cutting boards in good condition, which were available.
