    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • -There was a used wiping cloth being stored in a container of soap solution. Staff removed the container and cloth.
    • 07. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • -There was a scoop in one of the flour bins. Staff placed this back in the holder during the inspection.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Discovery Zone Room-Fridge was at 9 degrees C. Please ensure all fridges are maintained at 4C or less.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • -There was a leak from the drainage pipe underneath the dishwashing sink. Please repair.
