      • Long tangling wires were observed in the daycare classroom.-Please properly tack down or keep long wires out of children reach to prevent the risk of entanglement.

      • Cane rattan toy backets which could be difficult to properly clean and sanitize, were observed in daycare classroom.-Please replace such toy containers with smooth, nonabsorbent and easy-to-clean containers.

    • 04. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Non-Critical)?
      • 1. Long tangling wire was observed in the preschool classroom.-Please tag down the wire or keep out of reach of children to prevent the risk of entanglement.2. Protruding screws were observed on both side of the toilet seat in one of the facility's washrooms.-Please provide suitable covers to prevent/reduce the risk of injury.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • Hand drying paper towels were kept in open basket in one of the facility's washrooms.-Please provide suitable dispenser to prevent bulk contamination of the paper towels.
    • 12. Is refuse being managed in a suitable manner?
      • The garbage bins available in the facility's washrooms were too small to adequately contain the volume of waste that would be generated without constituting a nuisance.-Please provide appropriately sized garbage bins along with the required liners to ensure proper waste containment and hygiene.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • The surface and equipment sanitizer (bleach solution) tested showed no colour change with the test strip, indicating an inadequate concentration.Actions Required:-Maintain bleach solution at 100 ppm to ensure effective cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces and play equipment.-Monitor concentration daily using test strips.-Ensure all bleach bottles are properly labeled with the chemical name and concentration.To prepare a 100 ppm solution, mix ½ to 1 teaspoon (2–5 mL) of bleach in 1 litre of water.

      • Hot water temperature was measured at 55.3 degrees Celsius in the facility's washroom.-Please reduce and maintain hot water temperature between 38 and 43'C to prevent the risk of scalding.
