- 1. Long tangling wire was observed in the preschool classroom.-Please tag down the wire or keep out of reach of children to prevent the risk of entanglement.2. Protruding screws were observed on both side of the toilet seat in one of the facility's washrooms.-Please provide suitable covers to prevent/reduce the risk of injury.

- Hand drying paper towels were kept in open basket in one of the facility's washrooms.-Please provide suitable dispenser to prevent bulk contamination of the paper towels.

- The garbage bins available in the facility's washrooms were too small to adequately contain the volume of waste that would be generated without constituting a nuisance.-Please provide appropriately sized garbage bins along with the required liners to ensure proper waste containment and hygiene.

- The surface and equipment sanitizer (bleach solution) tested showed no colour change with the test strip, indicating an inadequate concentration.Actions Required:-Maintain bleach solution at 100 ppm to ensure effective cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces and play equipment.-Monitor concentration daily using test strips.-Ensure all bleach bottles are properly labeled with the chemical name and concentration.To prepare a 100 ppm solution, mix ½ to 1 teaspoon (2–5 mL) of bleach in 1 litre of water.
