There was a broken floor tile in the front food prep area beside the hot holding equipment.**Please replace floor tile.4. The edges of the countertop in the front service area was made from raw wood.**Please finish the edges of the countertop to ensure that the surface is cleanable smooth and moisture resistant.

The hot holding unit and the prep coolers in the front food prep area were not turned on during the inspection.**Ensure that all food equipment used in the facility are in good working condition and turned on prior to re-inspection.**Ensure that all hot holding equipment are able to store high-risk foods at a temperature of 60 degrees C and above, and all coolers are able to store and maintain high-risk foods at a temperature of 4 degrees C and below.
