    • 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
      • Observation: Some of the hard-to-reach areas in the cupboards were noticeably dirty. Public Health Significance - insufficent cleaning can provide food and harbourage for pests.
      • Corrective Action: Ensure to remove all items from drawers and cupboards on a regular basis to allow thorough cleaning of these areas. This should be completed at least once per month.
