Potentially hazardous foods must be stored at 4C or below to prevent the growth of pathogenic microorganisms. Operator moved bagged milk to a working cooler at 4C or below and perishable drinks to the neighboring standing drinks cooler at 4C or below. Bagged milk and perishable drinks were stocked less than 2 hours ago for the lunch rush.
