      • Observation: Due to road and weather conditions, it was not possible to complete an onsite inspection.
      • Corrective Action: A remote inspection was completed as approved by my TL. Operators sent the requested pictures and a phone conversation was done with one of hte operator. They answered the questions asked about how the kitchen is run.
