- 2) Found used single use gloves stored for reuse. These can only be used once and when they are taken off must be thrown into the garbage.
- Corrective Action(s): 1) Store all raw meats below/separate from ready to eat foods. Move raw meat to bottom shelf
- 2) Throw away all used gloves and use clean ones each time.

- (2) Three knives found stored between the pages of a magazine. Magazines are not intended for food equipment storage and cannot be easily cleaned.
