- There was no paper towel present in the dispenser.The hand soap dispenser was not functioning.Paper towel was placed in the dispenser during inspection.Batteries in the hand soap dispenser were changed and the outlet cleaned, which resulted in the dispenser functioning properly.Ensure paper towel and soap are available in functioning dispensers prior to using the kitchen.
