      • Younger Toddler Room - There was paint peeling on the window sil in the young toddler room.OSC - some minor paint peeling by the entrance door in the OSC.

      • Baby room - The alligator toy located on the wall was broken and taped. Repair required.

      • Staff were observed not washing children's hands immediately after diapering in the infant room.
    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • Younger Toddler Room - There was paint peeling on the window sil in the young toddler room.OSC - some minor paint peeling by the entrance door in the OSC.Pre-kinder room - the carpet was lifting in the pre-kinder room which could be a tripping hazard.OSC - carpet corners were lifting near the entrance to the OSC, which could be a tripping hazard.

      • Baby room - The alligator toy located on the wall was broken and taped. Repair required.
    • 30. Are workers washing hands when appropriate and/or in a proper manner?
      • Staff in the infant room were not observed to be hand washing in between diaper changes. Gloves were observed to be used, and gloves were changed but no hand washing was observed in between.
