- A residential Samsung Dishwasher has been installed since the last inspection. Model #DW80DG5200SR. This machine has an NSF certification (residential only). The following statement is from the dishwasher user manual: "Only Normal cycle with the Sanitize option has been designed to meet the requirements for soil removal and sanitization efficacy in NSF 184. Certified residential dishwashers are not intended for licensed food establishments."

- A residential Samsung Dishwasher has been installed since the last inspection. This dishwasher was installed without an Executive Officer's review or approval and is not appropriate for use at this location. The sanitizer cycle time for this unit (105-150 minutes) is too long for the scale of food service at this location.If the facility wishes to install a dishwasher - it must be a certified commercial unit.
