      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quat sanitizer in spray bottle measured at below 200ppm. This was discarded and new sanitizer was placed in the spray bottle at time of inspection. Concentration at 200ppm
      • Corrective Action(s): Purchase Quat test strips to verify concentration is at a minimum of 200ppm
