- Clean and sanitize all areas affected by mice. Mice droppings were found along the floors in the kitchen and on the floor in the dry storage area. Mice droppings were also found on shelving units in the dry storage area.
- Snacks Only Food Service The centre must provide adequate refrigeration to keep all potentially hazardous foods at a temperature of 4°C or 40°F or lower.
- Ensure all potentially hazardous foods are kept at a temperature of 4°C or 40°F or lower. Two fridge units in infant rooms were maintaining 11C and 9.6C during inspection. Do not store any potentially hazardous food products or drinks in the fridge unit until it is repaired and can maintain a proper temperature of 4C.
