      • Basement prep area ceiling has an accumulation of dust around the vents above the food prep counters.-Ensure the ceilings are cleaned regularly

      • Upstairs dishwasher had 0 ppm chlorine in sanitizing cycle. Changing the bucket of chlorine did not rectify the problem.-Ensure dishwasher sanitizes dishes and test daily-Watched operator make sanitizing solution in nearby sink, ensure dishes are immersed for 2 minutes after washing in dishwasher
