- Location of first aid Kit is not clearly marked. First aid kits should be clearly marked in order for all staff to be able to access in the event of an emergency.Please ensure the location of the kit is clearly marked.

- Facility was using bingo daubers which did not have an Approved Product Seal (AL) and were marked "keep out of reach of children". Art/craft supplies without the Approved Product Seal may be made with materials that either pose a physical hazard or are toxic.Please switch to bingo daubers which are safe for children to use.
