- Kitchen hand sink completely blocked with a shelving unit and bins. Hand washing station was not accessible at all and no other sink in the kitchen had liquid soap and paper towels either.

- Immediately make way for the kitchen hand sink so it is easily accessible at all times. DO NOT BLOCK THE HAND SINK. Repeated violations will lead to further progressive enforcement.

It is recommended to make the sanitizer solution when the facility is opened in the morning. 200ppm bleach solution can prepared by adding 1 teaspoon bleach in 1 litre of water.
