      • The dishwasher reached 57C after 6 runs. The facility will manually sanitize the dishes using 100 ppm chlorine solution.

      • 1. No chlorine testing strips were available. Please ensure the availability of sanitizer testing strips to confirm sufficient strength of sanitizer solution i.e. 100 ppm chlorine solution (2mL bleach in 1L water).2. No thermometer was available to test the high temperature dishwasher. Please ensure the availability of a proper thermometer that can read maximum temperature to ensure the temperature can reach >71C at dish level.
