      • Handsink was not equipped with a soap dispenser and a paper towel dispenser. Ensure both of the dispensers are installed beside the handsink.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • 1. The freezer beside the back door had grease built up on the handle and door, and excessive ice were noted inside. Ensure ice is removed and a deep cleaning is conducted inside out. 2. The chest freezer in the storage had dirt and stains on the lid. Ensure it is cleaned.
