We used Allium Hospitality for our wedding in Revelstoke and WOW — were we ever blown away (and our guests too!). Carlos and his team were not only incredibly professional and easy to work with, but they also brought a level of care and creativity that truly elevated our day. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully sourced — coming straight from Carlos’s own garden and other local vendors. We’re so grateful to Allium Hospitality for helping make our wedding day unforgettable. If you’re looking for a catering team that delivers both heart and excellence, look no further!
