Operator completed the required written procedures and submitted them to the PHI for review. Ensure written procedures are maintained on site and readily available for staff reference and inspection review.

      • Repeated Violation: 2026-07-23: Records containing sterility information for sterile equipment used on clients were not available for review. The operator is advised to maintain sterility information for all sterile equipment used during procedures. The operator was advised to follow the manufacturer's instructions for use when disinfecting semi-critical instruments, including preparing and replacing the disinfectant solution within the required timeframe. Ensure high-level disinfectants are used, monitored, and replaced according to the manufacturer's instructions to maintain effective disinfection.
