Alpine Meadows Resort Trading Post

The resort is secluded in the forest and by the lake. The cabin itself was spacious, well equipped and very cozy. Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. There are plenty of activities to keep your kids entertained as well as a few hiking trails around the lake. You also get free use of the kayaks and boats by the lake which is great and adds to the experience. Sadly, I was only there for one night and wished I could have stayed longer.

We had an incredibly stressful situation during our stay after getting a flat tire with our rental car, and the team at Alpine Meadows Resort went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect.||While the rental company offered very little support, Tina and the rest of the team immediately stepped in to help us, making calls and assisting us in every way they could until everything was sorted out.||Beyond that, Alpine Meadows Resort itself is a beautiful place to stay. The setting is peaceful and relaxing, right by the lake and surrounded by nature. The cabins are spacious, cozy and clean, making it easy to immediately feel at home.||We also loved all the extra amenities available to guests, including the sauna, outdoor BBQ area, and especially the possibility to freely use the canoes, paddle boards, and boats on the lake. It really adds to the whole experience and makes the stay feel special and welcoming.||The road to get there is admittedly a bit rough in places and cell service is limited, but once you arrive, all of that completely fades into the background. The beauty of the location, the peaceful atmosphere, and the warmth of the people more than make up for it.||This level of hospitality is rare, and it says a lot about the people working at Alpine Meadows Resort. Thank you again to Tina and the entire team for your exceptional care, generosity, and support, we will remember your kindness for a very long time!

What a gem of a place. Long road to the property but so worth it. Amazing accommodation and surroundings. Kept beautiful and thoughtful for the wdlife. Saw a bear on meadow, a beaver in the lake, humming birds, fantastic sounds at night. Boats to take out. The boathouse restaurant excellent. Staff are so friendly. Thanks to Tina, Sara, grounds people reception everyone. A wonderful calm quiet relaxing stay.

Amazing stay, highly recommended! The wooden cabin was beautiful with a great view, and the whole property had so many amenities. There were trails, a basketball court, games, and a lovely outdoor fireplace area near the restaurant. The lake was perfect for paddling and boating, and being in the middle of the forest made it very peaceful and relaxing. The surrounding area is also full of waterfalls and beautiful places to explore. We’ll definitely come back!

Alpine Meadows is very dated. Small bed. Tiny bathroom for the size of the suite. ||Service in the restaurant in the evening was ok even though they were very short staffed. Breakfast was a joke! I feel so sorry for the staff. They’re just overwhelmed by the amount of customers. This is a management issue and no reflection on the staff. ||This place could be amazing. The location is beautiful right on the lake but the amenities let it down unfortunately

We really enjoyed our two night stay at Alpine Meadows Resort! All the staff were very friendly and helpful, they really made us feel so welcome. The resort is excellent for a couple of days relaxing off-grid, good food in the restaurant.
