      • Several prepackaged items were observed to have no labels. Ensure proper labeling that contains item description, store name and contact number is on the labels. However, facility is not permitted to pre-package items as mentioned on permit restrictions.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • There is no handwashing/dishwashing sink within the facility except for the handwashing sink in the washroom.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • Facility is pre-packaging spices, flour etc. Please note you are unable to pre-package items as your facility does not meet the requirements to do so. Please cease all prepackaging. You may only sell already prepackaged items or whole produce only.
