      • The required written procedures were not observed during inspection. Please ensure written procedures as it applies to your operations are made available. Such as Written Procedure for Accidental Skin Cuts or Punctures, Written Procedure for Cleansing Skin.Templates will be sent with this report.

      • Test strips were not available to test high level disinfectant (Preempt CS20) used at the facility. Please purchase high level disinfectant test strips, ensure high level disinfectants are tested each day used and records/log kept. A high level disinfectant log template will be sent with this report.
    • 33. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this personal services facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Bedding were being re-used for the waxing bed. The staff was advised to use single-use bedding or use a single use liner on the non-absorbent bed. The staff removed the beddings during inspection. Please note that the waxing bed must be disinfected in-between client use.
